Good..but so very expensive..
Bought some loaded fries it was horrible. Bad portions, barely any sauce on the fries , i was basically eating regular fries. In all horrible portions, workers are lazy. Waste of Money.
I specifically said extra sauce and extra seasoning. Why do we pay for extras of something and they don’t even put them in the bag. Same with fries I get extra fries and pay extra but fail to receive them. Next time I might as well make my food in the kitchen. Get better people. Come on.
Ordered my food at 730 and at 740 was told to pull forward and they’d bring my food out. I came in at 810 to ask about my order and they had no idea about it and then I notice it was left sitting on a shelf. Asked to speak to a manager just for the employee to come back with a coupon for loaded fries. Had to come back for the food to be remade as it was all cold and then when I came back for the remade food I proceeded to wait another 30 mins while I see customers come in and out. Do not come to this zaxbys!! ordered ahead through the app. Got there it wasn’t ready yet which was fine, they told us to pull up and we sat there for over 20 minutes no one ever came out so we went inside and found it it was just sitting there for who knows how long (cause they didn’t) our food is super cold and couldn’t even get a manager to come out and talk to us…worse zaxbys ever!!!!
