Zaxbys does a really good job with their customer satisfaction
Had to wait a bit, but we got free cookies!
I normally always choose zaxbys over foo because I love them fries and how seasoned they are. Today I was a bit disappointed because there wasn’t hardly much seasoning at all, but it’s aight still pretty good.
We went during a big rush and tables needed wiped down but it wasn't nasty just a few crumbs. Overall the rest of the restaurant was very clean. And good employees that were courteous and helpful.
I really like zaxby's and the food here is normally good. I do not recommend this location due to the service specifically ordering curbside. If you order ahead just go inside. Everytime I order curbside I either wait for 30 minutes or have to go inside. Food may or may not be cold. Drive-thru during the day is a safe bet, but at night expect to wait around 30 minutes to an hour for food. Also if you go inside at night dont expect to be helped for about 10 minutes.
