My initial review wasn't good only because they forgot the chicken in the salad on 3 consecutive trips. But their food is good and I still continue to go very frequently. I haven't had any issues since. Food is always fresh and tasty.

2nd time ever at this location. First time, took 15 mins for my 1 spicy chicken sandwich. Second time, the chicken was half the size of the bun…. For a place that serves chicken sandwiches, they seem to struggle quite a bit. Yes they remade my sandwich, only bc I went back through the line, but still.
This is my local Zaxbys, my family and I have been going here for some time and its always a fantastic experience. I’ve never had bad things to say about this location, and for the first time today I did. I always fill out the survey and leave a good review but I wasnt thrilled with my tenders this time around and a manager personally called my phone less than 10 minutes after I filled out the survey.
