This place caters to walk-ins & let’s drive-thru just wait. It’s not first come, first serve. It literally takes 30-45 mins to get a meal through the drive-thru on the weekend! Don’t waste your time.
I can’t give them ZERO stars. We waited for ONE HOUR on drive thru, the food was cold and the order was wrong. This store is the worst Zaxbys in US.
Ordered a large sweet tea through the drive through, and twice they messed up and gave me a large unsweet tea. There was also a 30 minute wait and it was 3pm on a Sunday....
I was given a special gift with my meal here Food poisoning, how thoughtful.
