Upon completing the drive-through order, I discovered a significant discrepancy between my order and what was delivered. Upon entering the establishment and requesting the original order, I encountered a lack of professionalism and customer service experience from the crew staff. Clayton’s behavior was particularly disrespectful, engaging in prolonged arguments regarding the cooking time of my order.
I love Zaxby's. I'm a regular customer and I enjoy their food very much. Everything I've tried there has been delicious. I hope the one on E Sunshine took care of a roach problem, though. Everything else is great aboutvthis restaurant.
“Manager” Light skinned man with the green/blue eyes needs to be modeling or acting! Literally so handsome. I could not tell if he was a teenager or an adult.
