Food was ok, a lil salty but rudest customer service. We asked nicely for our missing Coke with a combo and the worker got an attitude. Had to get money reversed cause they charged our card for a different meal as well. After all that, the drink was still a Dr Pepper. Go to a diff Zaxbys cause it was never all that for a simple missing drink.
Most horrible service. We asked Nicely for our drink that they forgot and Latoya M the employee seemed to have an attitude with it. She slammed the window multiple times also. After we left we noticed my mother’s card was miss and they even charged her something we did not pay for. Do not buy from this place…
3rd time this place messing up my order & I'm tired of calling up to store to fix.
It’s a great spot I always go to and visit but it was not a normal visit last night. The cashier, Yariana was very helpful in placing me and fellow family member order. She brings a different atmosphere with her personality and makes customers feel good about themselves.
Pay $10 for a box that's not even full After waiting 20 minutes just to order my food
