Update: On August 27th I gave zaxbys another shot. This time I ordered the 20 chicken strips in the box. But instead of them putting my food in the box like how is supposed to be presented, they put it in a bunch of separate platters and I didn't get all of my sauces. I had to go back in the store because they forgot to put the seasoning on my fries. Actually I ordered extra seasoning and I didn't get it. I just witnessed some nasty mess from one of the employee's in this establishment and then he didn't wash his hands i was like ain't no way I informed the staff and the manager came out and spoke and didn't remove him from the food area to go wash his hands yeah im good on this place
First let me say I visit this location quite often. Although it was an hour before closing time, I still did not expect to receive hard old food. Not only was the wings dry they were old. I could not even eat it. I sent my husband to get our food and although he didn’t check it before he left this should not have even been served to a dog. I’m not sure who the manager was on duty that night, but he has dreads, and he was also not friendly as well.
