i've been to the Zaxby's four times the past two times were good and the other two times I've went they have closed the store early every single time and customers have been complaining walking out because the doors were locked 30 minutes early. You're losing business so if I was the manager, I would be pissed.
Ordered delivery waited 1.5 hours , got the food missing dinner. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called. Terrible service.
Whoever is working must be miserable- so rude
