The Manager, RON made me loyal to this restaurant. I came home to SC for a funeral and called in an order for about $50 worth of food. The girl at the drive thru thought it was an online order so she didn't ask for payment. We got home and realized this mistake and called to pay our bill. I spoke with Ron and after he offered condolences for our loss, RON thanked me for being honest and said the order was "on him". Thank you for still being in the customer "service" industry, Ron. You gained the loyalty of the entire family
Got off from work came to get dinner they was not really busy I ordered my food and my daughters her meal they left the chicken tenders out mind you I live in Lyman having to drive all the way back here just to get I’m sorry and a replaced me gas to high !!! I will not be back ‼️
I'm a fan of the chicken and Zaxby sauce and fries.
The drive thru was slow and disorganized, but at least the employees were courteous? I had a Big Zax Snack and it was delicious! I ate while parked near the woods. I had a few fries leftover and tossed them into the grass. A mockingbird pecked at a cold fry and was not impressed. She gave the fry a 1-star rating.
