Staff the store with enough people so your drive thru line isn't literally all the way out of the parking lot. Also: maybe make sure the people you hire can read an order. They're really terrible at that.
I order a lot of times off the app, the app always has an issue. The service is good, food is usually pretty good and they do change up their menu quite often which is nice. All in all always have a good experience.
