Do NOT waste your time and/or hard earned money at this franchise location. (Just keep driving. It’s not hard to do, as it’s not even in a convenient location. Great and friendly staff! It’s easy to tell this location is under very good management! Why can’t all zaxbys be like this one! Way to go guys! Keep up the good work! I’ll be coming back!
Zaxby's has a double drive thru ordering stations. The drive thru adjacent to the building is awkwardly positioned. When turning out after placing an order you'll need to do a three point turn to get to the window. The service can be hit or miss at times, for example: Six piece plates only has five or may have seven pieces . We don't generally dine in the restaurant but the exterior is normally kept well. Overall the employee are polite and services is good
