Ms. Sydney was very professional, smiled a lot, and had a great attitude. I am very satisfied with my food and service today! Thank you Sydney and the crew here at church st. Zaxbys! I will def return to this location considering the lobby is very clean, all of the trash cans are empty and the restrooms are clean. I also received my food quickly and it had all of my sauces when I got it🙂 Thank you.
I said extra seasoning this tast like I could have made it at home… so trash and I got loaded fries and it to 35 MINUTES TO COME OUT YALL SUCK
Went during lunch today and I get its busy but when I pull up to the window im sitting there for a solid minute or two watching the girl at the register texting on her phone instead of giving me my food. When she does finally acknowledge me she gives it too me and come to find out missing stuff for my salad... so now I cant eat lunch. Thank guys. Might want to retrain your staff to not be on phones during busy hours especially when you have a line wrapped around the building. Ridiculous.
