Today I ordered a chicken bacon ranch fries, and the fries were undercooked, more like raw, no seasoning and the bacon was too. This is how fast food restaurants start losing customers.
The lady taking my order was pleasant, offered to try and help. When the manager came to "help" she wasn't helpful at all in trying to make things right with my order. I ended up leaving with nothing because of her lack of customer service skills and willingness to help.
