Shiann, DJ, and Quez were excellent! I went to Zaxby’s on a Tuesday night (about 9:30-ish) and my car’s battery went completely dead as I was in the drive thru. DJ and Quez pushed my car while it was in neutral to get it out of the line (after serving me my yummy food btw) and Shiann went to her car to give me a jump. They went above and beyond! Please give some sort of recognition to Shiann, DJ, and Quez !!!
2026 update: It seems to take longer than ever now. We were the only people inside and it took 5 minutes before someone jokingly told a cashier to take my order. Then it took over 20 minutes to get the food. Save yourself the time, go somewhere else. Update: They have definitely improved in their wait times. Both inside and in drive through. Overpriced for what you pay for and then what you pay for they forget to put it in the box.
One of the worst zaxbys locations ever customer service is horrible you guys really need to get rid of Calvin Dunn he is disrespectful he feels like he is never wrong due to him being older
