My friends and I stopped by Zaxby's after an event; a grill cheese was ordered. It was the WORST. It's like no one there cares about what they are doing or the food they are serving. I guess the goal is no longer good food! Sandwich was burned, dry trash....see photos. This follows constant complaints about the burned egg rolls. Serving them burned and crunchy. Please correct all of this, do better.

It’s right by my house and I make an effort not to go to it. One bad visit can happen but they are consistent. Tried it again thinking after months maybe manager got fired by now. Nope still sucks. They have a long line cause no one is stepping up and food comes out like crap. If you want a refund and give the food back it is a process with the manager. Worst Zaxbys. Can't say i have ever seen somewhere take litteral half measures to do their job but here's a first. Ordered a traditional lemon pepper wings and things got boneless, sent it back at the drive thru then got home and had to meet a work deadline and went to eat and got this....whelp zaxbys you've out done yourself with your kitchen staff on 11/15/2025 at 10:37am. Guess its to much to ask for quality service. Take care i wont be coming back to this or another one...
