Took over an hour 15 minutes to receive our food on a Thursday at 8pm It was all cold and half the drinks were out you could also hear the employees laughing on the back rather than working I’ve never left a review but this place was so bad I had too
Attention Corporate: This location urgently needs to be reviewed. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a fast-food restaurant. The store was filthy, the service was rude, and the manager, Melvin, was completely unprofessional. He refused to fix mistakes on my order, spoke to me with attitude, and acted like customers don’t matter. The conditions inside were so disgusting that I couldn’t eat my food and walked out without a refund. No customer should ever be treated this way. Corporate needs to take action... read more
