I use this Zaxby's only because it is across from my work. Or else I'd go elsewhere. The girl working the window has a nasty attitude all the time. Today she opened window, said 21.??. I respond with I have the online order. She said, name?. I told her. Grabbed my bag and drink and shoved it at me and then closed window. No straw. Order incorrect. Ordered online and it took over 30 minutes to get food and then a meal was missing from the bag. Had to go back to the store, and staff was unhelpful and rude. Hadn't been to this location in years because it was awful then too. Thought we'd give it another chance but with this experience and looking at all the other negative reviews it's obvious that they don't care to improve at all.

So probably never ordering from this location again… for a meal that was supposed to have 2 Zac sauces they send 1 honey mustard packet, for a meal that was supposed to be double fry they sent coleslaw, the food arrived cold, there was clearly 3 drinks on the receipt only received 2, the fry’s tasted very dry and stale, and when I try to call to resolve at least the drink issue the phone goes right to voicemail mail
