August 16, 2026 — approximately 9:50–10:10 PM I normally try to give this Zaxby’s location the benefit of the doubt, but I’m honestly disappointed with what happened tonight. I ordered a 4-piece Chicken Finger Plate, and when I placed my order, I was specifically asked if I wanted to replace the coleslaw with extra fries. I said yes.
