We love eating here but the Anniston location serves the smallest wings in the traditional style. The Oxford, AL location serves the same meal with larger portions. At the Anniston location, when you ask for a large for your meal. The portion is never large; also the prices fluctuate for the same two meals. The kickin chicken meal and the wings and things. Please address this.
6 years later I tried again, my food was wrong, cold, and absolutely no dipping sauce. My order was the wimpy wingz and thingz. Apparently they wanted me to have bbq with the food being ice cold and no sauce. This pick for the Superbowl was due to my youngest. Definitely should have went to our Popeyes

Asked for my boneless wings to be well done and Xtra sauce on them and they wasn't so I went inside to have them fix it and they didn't fix it at all if I can post a Pic id post it..didn't give me a fork or a straw... I called and the manager who i was on the phone with wants to act like they did it right. Ok and then bring up my fingers being well done bc I asked for it but I never once said anything about my chicken fingers... they need to get it together!! Chicken here is great. I've gotten good really good pieces of chicken here for it being a fast food place, the place also offers a good variety of sauces in case you feel like something else. Favorite thing about zaxby is the free style machine for sure
