Worst Zaxby’s location ever. They can’t make items on the menu correctly. Poor customer service, including management. Assistant Manager, Crystal, on duty should not be in management. Three opportunities to make it right, all with an attitude. Finally just got a refund.

Spent $14.96 on food. Asked for 1 Zax sauce for Nibblerz and was told I would have to BUY it. Seriously? Isn’t that why I just gave you $15? I wasn’t asking for 2, 3, 4, 5 sauces, just ONE. Won’t return. I’ll still with Chick-Fil-A across the street where they know the value of customer service.
i don’t think y’all are cooking yalls fries all the way. they have tasted freezer burnt the last two times i came. should probably fix that . i’m not the only one complaining :)
there is no changing table in the ladies bathroom. it's 2018....all restrooms should have a changing table. the food is good but I won't be back. and I'll be telling all of my mommy friends that there's no changing table.
My husband and I got drive through tonight, Dec. 30. We had to wait 20 + minutes to get our food. Out of coke and Sprite, cole saw dry. I had so much celery I could make my own salad. We didn't get the extra sauses we ask and paid for. For what we paid, we should have gotten what we paid for and better service. Will not be going back!!!
Sat outside at lunch. Music was so loud we couldn't carry on a conversation. Spoke to clerks and they just said there was nothing they could do about it. Chicken was dry. Bread was stale. I won't be back
Girls lunch today at this Zaxby’s. About 12:45 it was the worst. Chicken seemed to have been cooked early in the morning & served on my salad for lunch. Quality was horrible and this is after you spend $7.00 for a house salad. Service was pitiful they didn’t give us eating utensils we had to ask. Won’t be visiting again. Shame on you Zaxby’s. Poor quality.
I usually have a good experience at zaxbys but this one was the worst. I order a big zax snack and fried white cheddar bites and it looked like someone smashed my fries and there were barely any cheddar bites on my plate. Then when I was going to get one of my drinks and one of the workers bumped into me and made me drop my cup. She said she would get me another one and took a while getting it and the only reason she remembered is because I had to go ask for it. And they are completely unorganized.
