Dirtiest Zaxby’s restaurant I’ve ever been too with the poorest quality in food. My Cajun club sandwich was prepared with uncooked chicken, no lettuce, and cold buns. I went inside, the manager had an employee redue the sand which. Again, the bun was freaking cold and the chicken mildly warm. After two bites, I had to throw it away. Worst wings I’ve ever had Taste like crap
The food is good but they shouldn't charge 25 per ranch sauce and all. I mean I had to pay 1.00 for 4 but I didn't get any to start with so really I should have just been charged .50
Not over cooking the food would be a great thing to do.
Not the best Zaxby's location I've eaten at, but currently not the worst. Even with having to cook fresh Tenders, got my order in less than 10 minutes, and everything was excellent...
Cashiers should remember that customers keep the business in business and them employed every time they choose to have a nasty attitude with a customer for no reason. The manager was standing right there so reason to mention anything to him as he said nothing to her. My toast was cold too ��
Waited for nearly 20 minutes for my order to get ready. Watched as multiple headed back up the counter to get their wrong orders fixed. Asked for extra seasoning since they never actually season the fries here, they gave me a cup with about enough seasoning in it to cover 5 fries... Not the first time this place has disappointed me, but certainly will be the last.
