Customer service for curbside service. The purpose of me ordering with the app is to have my food ready when I arrive. What’s the purpose of having customers call when they arrive when no one picks up the phone. Then the young person ignores you when you tell her your name when she is leaving another vehicle. Waited for my food for almost 30 minutes.
Just got hung up on trying to confirm my door dash order.
The drive thru was packed and slow! And they burnt the buns for all three zingers! They don't have to worry about me patronizing with them anymore.
i been waiting over 20 minutes to get my food. If I were in a hurry I would have to get my money back and leave
We’ve eaten at this Zaxby’s multiple times over the past six months or so & haven’t had a “bad” experience yet. Sometimes the service is a bit slow, but the food is always hot & our orders have never been wrong. The kids earned free kids meals through the summer reading program & Zaxby’s is a supporter of local libraries. As long as the food is good/hot, the service isn’t bad, and they continue to support the libraries we will continue to support Zaxby’s!
Zaxbys be good asf everywhere else but trash in Albany ..they need go back to they old ways && Leave them pre-breaded chicken strips alone
I have called over wrong orders several times but I have never gone back and gotten the free meal they offer. We went on 12/30 and I went inside and ordered. It was not busy at all. I ordered fried salad no tomatoes extra onions. They don't deduct for no tomatoes but they charge .25 for extra onions, not a problem. We get to the mall where we plan to eat before shopping. The slowest Zaxby's I have ever been to since Zaxby's was invented. More worried about the drive through than the dining in folks. 15 orders behind with no one in line. Come on man.
