Usually slow service at this location now. And always missing items/or even meals on our orders. I've been going to this location since they've open and always great service. But it has been not good the last couple years. Seems to get worst by the month.
For some reason this week when my family and I chose to eat at this location, it wasn't a pleasant visit. The workers were slowful, forgetful, and the manager yelled at his employees! I felt sorry for them. It was more like they were running a boot camp than a fast-food chain. It took us 30min to receive our meals. We are a family of 5.... No excuses! The young lady that took our order is in great need of customer service training. When a child mentions it before me. That's a problem ecspecially when I'm spending my money. It want stop me from coming back. I'm not a happy customer right now. The young lady that gave us our food was very courteous and professional.
