Zaxbys used to be a place to take your family friends and coworkers or just to get a quick snack on the go. After tonight the experience my family and children endured in the drive-through was absolutely traumatizing not only did the manager of the store @ZaxbysGulf breeze upset myself and my wife but my children as well. Found a pubic hair in my food... no joke. Pretty terrible, but the food was good. Everything else was fine. Luckily I'm an adult and prior service Marines and Army, so hurting my feelings is pretty hard. Have a blessed day.

remind me never to eat at this restaurant that employs awful heartless staff. and they can never get your order right anyway.
They spit in your food. They even have a cat in the kitchen. The employees are rude. I will never eat there again. The last time I ate there I took a roach home with me in my salad. Never again.
The staff has admitted to spitting in the food and drinks of a staff member...who is to say they haven’t done the same to customers...not to mention allowing a new employee to be ruthlessly bullied. I won’t go to this location again until I see proof that this situation was handled appropriately.
Manager doesn’t take care of staff when other staff is threatening and harassing each other. Corporate needs to come in.
Let me start this off with I loved your establishment... the last few months I’ve noticed the crew has gone down hill. Smiling giggling after you order and get handed your cup. Now hearing they have spit in employees cup I’m pretty positive they spit in customers drink cups also. You need to EVALUATE and WATCH the cameras for the last several months.
