On multiple occasions I feel as though I’m being treated unfairly and what I describe as being bullied or picked on. To whom it may concern, I would just like to state that I had placed a mobile order. Upon arrival I noticed that there was a line wrapped around the store and asked my brother to go inside and pick up the order. The dining room was unfortunately closed. I called the store and asked them if they could bring out the food since it had been paid for online. She stated “I’m sorry ma’am the owner does not want employees walking outside due to COVID”. This location is the worst. Twice now I have ordered online because the line is out the parking lot. A couple of months ago I placed my order online and was told I had to wait in a drive thru line. What is the point of ordering online if I still have to wait in the drive thru?? Makes no sense! Anyways when I called I spoke to Cameron who informed me he was open for me... no your open because you need a job.. I asked that he cancel my order and refund my money. by hiring people that want to provide good customer service. The female employee answering phone today is rude!
Honestly this zaxbys is a joke. I came in to pick up an order. I waited 15 minutes got part of my order. Waited almost 20 more minutes to get the other part. So my first part got cold. Then nothing of the second part was even correct. I spoke with 3 people including who I assumed to be the shift manager. Absolutely no apology or concern or anything. I'm done with this place. The customers cared more that I was waiting than the workers.
