I went to this location last night. The drive thru wasn’t moving so I went inside. I saw a lot of people waiting inside as well. After waiting for 15 minutes the man next to me said the time he ordered. He had been waiting 35 minutes. A lady had been waiting 25 minutes. I approached the counter to get a refund. Has anyone else noticed that at this location every now and then the food has a terrible smell? It literally smells like burning hair!
Good food. Drive thru sucks though. 25 minutes in line with only 3 cars is to long. You know what they say. 5th times a charm. See y'all next week
Not as good as the one I usually go to! The fries were hard,( almost burned)
9 out of 10 times we go here our order is messed up. If the order is not messed up it takes 20min with only 1 or 2 cars in front of me. I grew up eating zaxbys since they opened and have met the original owners near Athens. This is by far the worst store. We usually will go to Monroe or Snellville to avoid this place and I live a mile from them. Any other store I go to is usually quick and they actually listen and check the order. The girl on DT was super nice, but my boneless wings today were either old or overcooked and sauceless. I ordered tongue torch and ended up pouring Texas Pete on bc I live 15 min away and didn't want to come back.
