Waited in drive thru for over 15 minutes. It is one of those drive thru where you can't get out. Never again.
My daughter worked here as her first job and had worked there for four months. One Friday she went to work only to find the doors locked and a asst mgr there to tell her that the store was shut down. As far as I know all of their employees were treated similarly. Too bad, she loved that Job and my family loved all the employees.
This is not the first time I recieved bad service at this location, but it is convenient so I stopped in on my way home. Too many cashiers at the window and they never, I mean never, get the order right on the first try. You always have to repeat your order at the window, then they still get it wrong. Totally inept staff.
Very disappointed today, ordered a Boneless Wings meal and the chicken is so old I can't eat it. Looks like it has been reheated a couple of days.
The food is always fresh. They have a very clean restaurant and the interior design takes you back in time. I have no complaints about this restaurant.
