Don’t order online it’s not any faster cause they take walkin over orders that we’re done online. There was no ice in the ice maker. They provided no I’m sorry so I asked for my money back and she was quick to give it.
This is the third visit I have made and been so disgusted and disappointed in a regular salad. The first time I left an online complaint- the second time, I requested the salad be made fresh and was told in the drive through that all salads were made fresh to order, only to get it and the lettuce be rotten again. Probably one of the worst excuses for a sandwich I’ve seen in a while. Sandwich drowned in sauce and bread was soggy.
Ordered extra zax sauce was charged for it and when I got to window they did not even know which plate we had ordered, then made it down the road to find honey mustard and ranch in the boxes. When I went back to get zax sauce I was then informed they were out but never bothered to tell us that in the window
