my order was wrong and burnt, I was overcharged, and their service is slow!!!
After having to spend about 20 min waiting in the drive-thru, and spending $30, I finally got to the window only to have 4 drinks spilled all over me and inside of my car. I was still reaching across to the window to get a grip on my drinks and the cashier never made sure I had it all nor did she bother asking. Zaxbys management you should probably teach your employees running the drive-thru to ask if the customer has their food before they choose to let it go.

The food was Excellent, when I return Zaxby's will be my FIRST STOP!!!
I have been sitting in this drive thru over 10 minutes and still haven't made it to the order screen. I didn't go inside because I am literally holding it. This location is always slow and rude! I haven't been to this long cation over 6 months from my last encounter with a rude employee. Now it will be another 6 months or I just won't return. Pitiful!
I love it can work freely without out judgement. Put God first and the rest will fall in place. I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me Philippians 4:13.
Best chicken in Town ... All their food . We will be back ..
