Carmen is Nasty, Rude and a liar, she said my entire order back to me before I left the drive-through got to the window, I asked her for one item that was missing off of my order. She snapped at me and said well you didn’t confirm your whole order so that’s why I was left off and slammed the window. At this particular location, they have a lot of teenagers/ people in their very early 20's working here. You ALWAYS have to check your order, especially if you ordered more than one item or have placed a large order. They ask me to pull up at the window, then they bring my food, and im always missing an item or two. Food isn't bad. They just need to pay attention and stop rushing. 🤷🏽♀️
