Literally to 30 minutes to get my order according to the time stamps on my receipt. Wasn't even busy when I walked in, but they are in the weeds now. Saw one employee wandering back and forth behind the counter, also talking on her phone, while she did manage to deliver a couple of orders. Saw the girl working the drive through stand and wait for those orders while others piled up in the other window. Terrible counter personality! Especially when the restaurant has NO sweet tea available at 630 pm and you get a giggle and a shoulder shrug from the cashier asking if you would like to wait while they make it?!? Seriously?? I've already complained to corporate but this location needs an enema!!!!

They need to get murtre people in there in the evens.all the people who work there.just play around.and it take forever to get your order took.or pick up.

I like zaxby's there great and I used to work there when I was in school
The food tastes good. But they just upped their price and you have to pay extra for each additional item... I ordered boneless wings and things.... 8.99 now... Instead of that, i got bone in. For an extra dollar each. And did not get my extras that i paid for. Asks me if i want a drink carrier for my multiples of drinks. And then tells me we dont have anymore. Heres a thought zaxbys. With that extra money youre now getting from us for the same if not less things, try keeping your inventory in stock and training your employee... read more
Zaxby's...why did you mess with your menu?... Example, The OLD order for my husband and I would be a chicken finger plate meal, "make it a large" and a side salad, NOW it is no longer a "LARGE" option on the meal plate, it is 4 piece, 5 piece or 6 piece, ONE piece of toast and small order of COLD (some frozen in the middle" French fries..... LESS food, less good service FOR MORE$$ not sure on our frequency of visits for this price hike and less food option. Wishes for continued success by those who can afford to pay more for... read more
