The employees are trash and have nasty attitudes. Like seriously…
All the employees here are super rude. Not even a good afternoon or hello. Waited 10 minutes in front of the cash register before anyone said anything and only for the lady to ask rudely..."you ordering ? Go to that register." Like seriously ????....the manager didn't even say anything just stares at you like you owe him something. & when you go ask for things that they forget to put in your order they give you an attitude like it was your fault. As a Ga Southern Alumni who frequented the original Zaxby's I am saddened by the plummet in service and food quality at certain locations. This one is the worse BY FAR compared to my experiences at various locations. I asked for a manager and she was ruder than the employee at the drive through. As hungry as I was, I declined my food order and will be calling corporate. I know good employees are tough to find in this new generation but the manager has no excuse.
Took about 20 minutes in drive thru. Very rude when we pulled to the speaker box. Finally got to the window, the girl literally just told us the total, closed the window, then handed our food out. No thank you or have a good night or anything. There is definitely a reason why Chick-Fil-A gets the business they do, it starts with customer service. Will never go back to this location or recommend it.
Went in for a remake and was told that I never even was serviced because they didnt "remember" me. What ? I had my reciept and all. They had nasty attitudes. Never will recommend this location
This Zaxby's needs to get their game together! I ordered wings, zax snax, and cheddar bites. The only thing that came out decent were the cheddar bites. They left off the celery with my wings, fries with the zax snax were less that a handful, sauces were left off and I got lite ranch dressing instead of the regular ranch to dip with the wings.
