RecommendedEven though I have no complaints with the food, I would recommend when having issues with the card readers you post a cash only sign in advance so the customer can leave. It is inconsiderate to the customer to have to wait in line 40 minutes just to get to the speaker to tell them it is cash only than have no way to leave until those in front have made it through.
Cook the chicken wings! Worst rubber chicken I've ever thrown away. I want my money back. And I drove 36 miles to pay $16 dollars for raw chicken i threw away. And, I'm still hungry! So I'm pissed. No need to worry about me ever spending any more of my money here. If you are the manager or owner of this, you should reach out, because you have a problem.
Hair in food and the chicken was cold. Then after it was remade and we were eating they came and started sweeping the area around our table. It was 8pm when we were there. I have said I won’t be back before but I am done with that one. Needs new management!
Zaxby’s is awesome!!! Me and my son Connor go there every Wednesday for father/son time. The chicken is the best.
I think Zaxby's needs to check their math. You get one ranch sauce for free with a five piece wing and then also only one free with a ten piece????
The food is pretty decent... but the hair in my salad today sort of kept me from ever wanting to go back again. *VOMIT*
Delicious. Chicken strips, coleslaw, fries, bread and chicken sales were great. Later, a friend said we must try onion rings. Will order on next visit.
Think they need a few lessons on customer service.
