New in North Raleigh I have eaten there twice so far. Every time I mention it in conversation, the response is "where is there one around here?" I can count on one hand the number of prior visits to any one of their store before this. The food and service has been good. Every order requiring a vibrating pager is a bit unusual. This location sucks at times, but it’s the closest to me and I love Zaxby’s chicken tenders. The drive thru cashiers could use some customer service training. So rude! And the next time I order a four piece tenders meal I’d like to get what I paid for. Four pieces instead of three!

If you’re gonna charge 25 cents for sauces then you better make sure you give people the sauces they’re paying for. That’s super ridiculous.
Y'all charge $.25 For zax sauce and when I pay the cashier for it I get either no sauce or 1 sauce that's not even zax. I just got home with my zaxbys now. I paid the guy $.50 for TWO zax sauces and he gives me 1 ranch. Wouldn't be a big deal if it didn't happen every time I go there. Kind of over Zaxbys.
