The food is great! The service is great!
Each family member fall sick and was told by Mr. Harris, owner he wasn't going to do anything until others make a complaint about getting sick. EVERYONE is different sir. I ask for Corporate number to be told he was done and hung up. How you selling food during renovation anyways! BBB will be called next! My 13 year old threw up for 30-40 minutes! Dead Fly in My Salad. I made a post, and other people I know have had the same thing happen recently!! YUCK!! Someone else even reported seeing roaches on the soda machine!!!
At 9:40 on a Saturday night they wouldn’t fulfill our order for 2 sweet tea because it was “getting too close to closing time and they were out”. So basically they didn’t want to make more. Who knows how long they had been out but god forbid make any.
Great Service and great food!
The young man who waited on us was as nice as he could be. It was our first time at Zaxby’s and he was very helpful and patient. I looked for his name but I did not see it
