Waited in the drive through for an entire hour. It wasn’t even busy. Most the employees were just standing around doing nothing when I finally got up to the window. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this has happened every time I’ve came here. I will never be back. The food was also cold and wrong stuff that we ordered but I was too tired to even go back to get it fixed. I also called them to see if I could come in to do my order and then come in to grab it and they said “no”. Drive through only.
People really need to stop going to this place and put this franchise out of business. The list of all the things that suck here are too long to even make. If you like waiting an hour for cold soggy food then keep going, but for the expensive price and time I don’t see why you would.
RecommendedZaxbys is so awesome. The food and people are so nice and welcoming. I love the chicken nugs. I appreciate the environment especially in a time like such.

An average drive-thru time of 40 minutes is unacceptable. I would much rather drive 20 minutes to Chick-fil-A. I waited over an hour today for my food, I received my drink and was asked to pull forward today and waited another 15 minutes and saw at least 3 cars behind me leave with their food and no one came to me to apologize or offer an excuse for the wait time. I will not be returning to this restaurant
THE WORST ZAXBYS I have EVER been to. After 45 minutes of sitting in the front waiting, I asked what was taking so long and the MANAGER ASHLEY in the blue shirt with blonde hair, started yelling loudly, saying “we called your number a long time ago” NO she did not. I stated I wanted it remade because I did not want cold food especially since it was not my fault. She said NO and THREW MY FOOD in the TRASH! I am PISSED!!!
rude employees I have been waiting on almost $70 worth of food for around 30 minutes, i was told it would be 8 minutes, I think, the girl at the window did not comprehend how to speak fluent English, not entirely sure what kind of accent that was, what I am sure of is she was rude af when telling me to pull up and they tried to not give me my daughters drink, when I pointed that out they acted like it was my fault when it most definitely was not since I asked 3 times if they got all the drink orders. needless to say, I had t... read more
