Went for lunch today, and food was horrible and it wasn’t what I ordered. If I had time to take it back, I would have.
I placed an online order. When I arrived to pick it up the floor had some sort of film on it, like a greasy dirty mop had been Used. When I approached the counter to pick up they hadn’t even pulled the ticket to begin making my order or that of anyone coming in behind me for pick up. After 30 minutes of waiting the young lady brings out the food only for the order to be wrong. I looove Zaxbys. but the Fayetteville Location is a continual disappointment. I've tried many times. Tonight will be my last visit,... ever. I ordered Traditional Hot Wings,. they were undercooked, no crisp at all, the skin was really chewy and disgusting,.. then I realized they were actually spoiled! The buffalo sauce couldn't even cover the smell of spoiled meat! RecommendedI have always enjoyed Zaxby's/shelby, but today after church me and my wife went. The service was not good at all, also the food was not up to par. if they stay this way they will lose customers. zeb falls
Okay....so I guess when you do an order ahead they still cant get you your food for 25 minutes after you show up...got it. Get it together!
Didn’t get my order right and when I called 12 times no one would answer the phone.
