Wrong order slow service even slower service to correct our order and it smells in here
RecommendedFood was good. Employees could use some training on having more of a customer service personality. But overall satisfied.

On what planet are croutons something you charge extra for on a “salad”. Croutons are customary and therefore should not be charged for as “a piece of toast”. It’s not the .60, it’s the principle. Please do better
I am a Zaxbys addict! However if all zaxbys were like this one I’d never eat at one again! Food was terrible asked for no seasoning but got it anyway, forgot my salad, chicken taste and had the texture of rubber. As I text my stomach has blowed up from God knows what! The poor staff seemed so depressed absolutely NO smiles and an employee taking a break sitting behind us was on her cell phone cursing and complaining about how much she hated working here??
