Disappointing service. I love their salads but my experience tonight has made me reconsider going back. I was asked to park since I had ordered cheese bites. That wasn’t a problem, but the 10 minute wait was. There were four other cars waiting for their food as well in the parking lot. After they had been served and four other cars who ordered after me had drove off, I went in and found my food just sitting on the counter. Must have recently changed management. Service is not up to par anymore. I was asked to pull forward and wait so I did, after 6 mins of sitting in my car waiting I walked in to speed up the process only to find the young lady who was running the window say”oh well she can wait”. Oh dude in the back blames it on he didn’t get my order to the back. Was told we’d get extra side for our wait but I just really wanted them to step up to the plate and fix the problem. RecommendedGreat food and atmosphere. Best chicken in Graham. I highly recommend the Caribbean Jerk sauce, not too spicy or too sweet.
The tomatoes in my salad were a mush �. Chicken could be a little less salty. Usually the boiled eggs are sliced on the Cobb salad, I had a whole boiled egg laying there.....not complaining just an observation.
Third time, LITERALLY this is the third time (IN A ROW) I have got food from here and never once has it been right or even all in there, and yet this is also the SECOND time I haven’t even got a receipt. I mean what the hell do these people do!? Obviously not their jobs. I LOVE Zaxby’s but I’m seriously over this location, ready for Burlington’s. Never again will I go here.

I like Zaxby's in general... but this location!? Grease doesn't seem to be changed very often. Our chicken tenders and fries tasted burnt and were not edible (Sat. evening visit). Recently, I've experienced drive-thru orders being wrong or incomplete. No response from corporate when I contacted them. I'm done with this location!
So after working here for 4 months and seeing and being around them preparing the food I can honestly say I don't want to eat it. After seeing it I'm sure many of you wouldn't eat it either it's ridiculous plus the fact the cooks don't wear gloves they are just required to wash their hands every time they go in the kitchen. Which is unsanitary in so many ways. If you go into any restaurant that cooks and serves food all of them are required to wear gloves when cooking or touching food and no one here did.
