Well I go here every single day and get 3 LARGE CUPS OF ICE FILLED ALL THE WAY TO THE TOP, and I know its free, but they fill them up half way up most of the time, and even though that is free I do BUY it by the bag, but right now my freezer is out, I know it sounds ridiculous to complain about something free, but it makes me feel like they just treat customers good because of money( even though we all know that's the truth) they stll shouldn't make customers feel that way.
The service is terrible!! The woman who took our order wouldn't let you finish what you wanted! Then they cram 6 boxes in to a bag, then spill every where in the car! crazy service!
Loved hearing Christian radio in the lobby! You definitely don't hear that at any public place anymore! Kudos Zaxby's of Waynesville! I'll come back for that reason alone!
Clean, great food and inspirational music playing. Love it!
Iv been there twice this week, both times messed up my order, one dude even came to the window and double checked what I said, and they still screwed it up!!! How hard is it to put chicken and ranch on a bun! Food 10 service can't even rate it's so bad!
