Zaxby's they gave me Food Posioning was Sick for 4 Days and the manager said I can't do a thing about it. And I'm a senior citizen this is not right. I thought I was gonna die

Want to give a shout out to Zaxbys of Athens Tn. We did Zaxbys for our daughters wedding and they were just awesome. Great food down to the last bite. We only had to pick it up and set it out. Came with all utensils. No fuss and didn’t have to worry with serving platters or pans. Thank you Zaxbys for making a great day even better. If you need a lot of food with no worries I strongly suggest Zaxbys.
24 mins to get my food and it's ice COLD. When i asked what took so long, the guy said "oh it was the chips." I said, 'oh they take 20 mins?.. he said, oh. They don't take that long and smiled. Glad he finds it something to smile about.. $18.00 for cold food. NEVER AGAIN
We had a cobb salad and it was very good. If you have NOT been there before it's kinda confusing on how to get your food. THey do not tell you your number will be called.

The system was down, after waiting for the system to be re-booted they didn't even have my order right. Once I FINALLY got my order I didn't get a thank you, an apology for my wait, kiss my ass....NOTHING. I've been here several times over the years and have never really had a good experience.
