I love zaxbys.. but this location literally makes me hate it. The drinks are consistently disgusting, food is not even consumable, staff is horribly rude, they NEVER give you enough sauce even if you ask for 3 they give you 1... I don’t understand how you can ruin zaxbys but this location is doing a great job about it. Thanks.

No bad review on food. But your workers (specifically the drive-thru) are miserable to deal with. I get it, probably not the most exciting job in the world. Yet, they chose to work there and choose your establishment for employment. So maybe a smile or a thank you or you’re welcome would be nice to get every now and then. I just get my food and a big side of bad attitude.
My favorite is the chicken salad sandwich. But I think they changed the bread. Did not taste the same at all!!! Go back to the other bread. And I will be back. They fries are my favorite
I ordered a 20 piece boneless and fries! Once I arrived back to my room I realized they gave me a 10 piece strip and cheese bites! That's my review, the order wasn't even close!
The food is good but when u work for this place u have mangers that let the power go to there head the gm is awesome but the assistant managers let the power go to their head the owner is a prick so if u work for brian cox be careful cause if he does not like u he will try and let u go. They have to many chiefs and not enough Indians thats not go for business
