purchase from the new family to go packs that they brag so much about. When you get it back and open it up and you're missing half of the food is very disappointing. I called the store and spoke to the manager who said he is also the assistant district manager. He then stated, "well I can't drive it to you". He was just a total jerk. I just left here and got a wings and things to go for my birthday. I was the only customer in the drive thru and there was nobody in the parking lot. I got my food timely, but nothing was fresh. Now this is 11:30 on Friday lunch time. There was little sauce on my wings, they were cold and soggy, my chicken was tiny little pieces that were cold, and my fries were cold. And I literally pulled over at the Kroger next to it to eat thinking it’d be really hot. Made my birthday lunch pretty sad.

Made a run to get me and my hubby some food. I’m exhausted from my day and he was on his way to work. I tried to use my ETSU ID Bucs to pay but the machine was down, so I gave them my bank card to pay for my food and they blessed me instead. Thank you so much for your kindness and sweet spirit. Can’t remember the guys name I don’t remember asking I am so zonked but he and the cashier were sweet. Your employees are always so wonderful. I Love this store! Thank you again.
We arrived 15 minutes before closing time and the entire staff was great! We ordered our cobb zalad’s and asked they be chopped extra fine. No one complained (this has happened in the past at other locations) and they were attentive to make sure they made our food the way we requested. Hands down, the best zalad’s we have ever gotten!
