I specifically asked for two things. Even had it on the ticket. I get home to find that they were missing from my meal. Just the overall lack of concern to the customers gets to me. I’m tired of bad service everywhere I go. Zaxby’s, you’ll be taken off the list of places to eat in Lexington.

Went tonight to get my family a meal and I got NOTHING that I ordered plus one platter wasn’t even in the bag. Awful customer service!

Ran out of grilled chicken they didn't know what to do after they took the order. Just left us sitting until Kathy went to ask. Gave us money back and got what they hand on hand.
