Antonietta and her team work hard and do a great job. The service at this Zaxby's is excellent, and I go out of my way to go to this location over any of the other ones in the area. The team is happy to see me and efficient at their jobs, and the food temperature and portions are consistently good! There is usually good Christian music playing and an overall positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this restaurant for some good chicken fingers!
Trevion H was so pleasant! He promptly took my order and even reminded me that I wanted fries with my quesadilla. I love Zacby’s and can truly appreciate them, since I lived in the northeast for a bit and they are not there.
Went here around 5:00 on Monday, no cars in line so i asked if my food could be made to order so that I knew my food was fresh. Unfortunately the manager said they can’t cook to order, but that the food is always fresh. Okay, that’s fine, I’ll try it anyways. As I expected, the chicken was dry, and lukewarm, the fries were lukewarm and soggy aswell. You’d expect that when paying $16 for a meal you could have it cooked fresh upon request. Unfortunate management.
My son is 9yrs old & Autistic, one of his favorite he loves Zaxby's crinkle fries & visiting his buddy JP (at the Huntsville South Parkway location). JP is always kind & patient with him.
