Staff was very rude and when I got home with my food I couldn't even eat it. It was so hard! Chicken tasted Like it was made this morning at 10am.....
1:15 in the afternoon and they were soooo slow. Ya sell ckn and fries. How can ya not have food ready?!?!
Staff was very rude. We came into the restaurant and we're ordering our food to go. They acted is if we were an inconvenience to be there. Sadly, it wasn't one staff member but the entire lot.
Zaxbys was so bad tonight traditional BBQ wings and hotest traditional wings there and it took over 30mins!!!!!!!! It got to the point the employees were making excuses why the wing weren't ready and it'll be 5 more mins the it'll be 5 more mins was told that several times got to the point where I just got my money back and went somewhere else and it wasn't busy when I got there!!!!!
Slowest Zaxby's ever!! Spent 45 minutes in the drive thru! Don't go here for a quick lunch.
