rude staff at drive thru.
Placed order through app tonight got in the store cashier said its not working i said then i need a refund it charged my cc she said i had to talk to the manager i said ok so i told him the story he said i need a receipt for payment i said here it is i have a order number and time food would be ready !! He said no i need proof i just walked out and called home office!!! Complete idiots!!!
the drive thru personnel are super slow and incredibly rude
The last three or four times that I have been, I have tried ordering a particular drink to go with my order & every time they tell they are out. I find that hard to believe that they are out. Why not just say, we don’t carry that drink anymore?
This is the third time that I have gotten food that did not taste good! I ordered the Caesar Salad. They were out of the Caesar base but I could get house salad base. The croutons are soft and have no taste. Bacon is very limp and taste old. Only good from this salad is that they put a good amount of chicken on it but it does not taste very good either! Think I am done with Zaxby's in Millbrook!!!!!
Not a great experience. We ordered several things, including fries, that they charged us for but never provided, and they somehow converted my order of wings to Buffalo tenders. Now, I admittedly should have checked before I left, but I trusted the staff and took their rather unsubtle hints to get the Hell out of the way to heart. This was disappointing, and the sad thing is that I wouldn't have cared if my awesome in-laws had not decided to spring for dinner. Even worse, is that I accidentally blamed the Prattville store.
Food was great but service was horrible tonight. Shannon on drive through was very rude and impatient evidently with everyone. She was snappy and rude to me in the drive thru and while I was getting my food she was rolling her eyes and speaking rudely to another person placing an order. Other young lady at the drive thru was very nice and polite but seemed stressed. I can only imagine why...
