Best Zaxby's I've worked at and ate at period. Has the cleanest kitchen, and strongest line. I miss the management and miss the crew. The others just don't compare.

While the food is always great, the customer service SUCKS. Specifically the "manager" by the name of Shonda. My order was incorrect and not what I asked for. Instead of her politely stating the policy and/or apologize for the cashier not telling me this when I ordered, she rudely cut me off mid sentence AND charged me 0.24. I will be sure to also call the General Manager as well. Maybe some customer service classes are in order for management.
