filthy floors in dining area food and trash under booths. no toliet tissue very dirty bathroom no tea or ice in lobby spills and trash all over drink station very slow and alot of talking and cutting up among staff at front counter
Our office picks gets lunch from Zaxby's every week and each time I have gone in the last 2 months, one or more things have been wrong. No drink, no sauce, wrong price, no kids cookie, 25c charge and only given 1 sauce in the bag. Just annoying and shouldn't happen this often. And while waiting for my food at the drive through window I really didn't need to hear the very personal conversation the two associates were having.
Beyond disappointed and annoyed with the service at this location. I went through the drive thru 30 minutes before closing and was told they were out of all milkshakes, which we all know really means they have cleaned the machine and don't want to do it again, not that they are out of all ingredients for milkshakes, especially since they are in the parking lot beside a grocery store. The food was decent. The service was horrible!! Cashier had the personality of an armpit & the dining area was YUCK! Dirty tables & the floors were in need of a good "sweeping". When the same person who was the cashier came to attend to the dining area he brought an already wet towel to wipe off each table. Basically just transferring the crud & germs from one table to the next :-x
I had reservations about going here close to closing but there was a line in the drive-thru so took the risk of being served decent food. Epic fail...we waited in line for 10 mins when we got the food home our fries were cold and tasted old. My zaxbys club was missing cheese and bacon that comes on the sandwich. The wings and things was skimpy and the wings were cold!! The best thing we were given was our drinks. I should have went with my gut instinct and kept driving.
