Double check your order. They shorted me on my order. My coworkers have been shorted several times too, and they won't make it right.
Ordered take out. Wings were cold and very tough. Zalad limp. It only had 4 wonton little chips included. Goodbye Zaxbies, we will never eat with you again.
Ordered the blue salad, and egg rolls to go. Salad had no tomatoes, and hot sauce. Egg rolls had no sweet and sour sauce. I'll drive elsewhere next time.
Great place to eat
I visited the drive-thru on 5/8/2026 at 10:19 PM. I realized my Chicken Ranch Quesadilla was missing from my bag. I walked back to the window and informed Jaylin about the issue. Instead of trying to help resolve it professionally, she immediately argued with me and insisted she personally packed the bag and that the item was included.
