They Rarely give you fries cook like you ask for them. 90 % of the time they are barely cooked. I always tell them to cook them Well Done Extra Crispy and they never do. Asked just tonight told them I would wait from them to cook. I get home and they are barely cooked and not crispy like I like them. Zaxbys fries are great when cooked right but I image the cook gets in a hurry and pulls them out of the fryer before the timer goes off so they are always under cooked and gross!
I ordered a grilled cheese and fries. I was surprised how quickly I got the food, until I got the food. 2 pieces of bread and cheese not even melted. Fries stone cold. No ice for the tea, it’s on the counter wide open flies everywhere. I’m not used to this Zaxby’s being this bad. What’s happened to this place
