Waited over 20 minutes for food we never got. At the rate orders were coming out of the kitchen, it would have been another hour. Due to health issues, we didn't have the luxury of waiting. That's why we chose a "fast" food establishment. When I asked for a refund so we could go elsewhere, manager had a very bad case of idc. Wouldn't look at me or even speak to me. Felt sorry for the front counter staff. They did their best but they are fighting a losing battle with that mess. Won't ever go back to this location. Ever.
Tried the fried mushrooms yesterday, they were great. P.s. please get the Zenzation Zalad on the menu perminatly.
Only good thing was the manager giving me a card for a free meal. I'll use it at the other location if possible. They brought out the wrong salad for me and had to fix it. When it was returned, there was still wrong lettuce all through it. I ordered the Ceasar. The chicken on the salads were cold. The toast was cold. I told the counter lady that they were out of tea in the lobby and she brushed me off. My mother (who is in from 12 hours away) and I went to get refills and nothing. The food is delicious. I love the chicken and the fries!
I absolutely love Zaxbys. The sole purpose I go there is because of how many fries they give you. But it seems like during lunch hour my order is never correct. They were supposed to replace my Cole slaw with extra fries..but instead it's like I got less. This is is a picture after eating 2 fries.
