We have always loved Zaxby's, and after a couple of bad experiences with the salads, tried them again, but tonight got mushrooms, cold, hard and not edible!!
Nasty food disregard for people still supporting them during Cornoavirus. The salad I order chicken was cold, meat old and salad was rotten. You should be embarrassed and ashamed but you don’t care!! I hope y’all close too.

went there one day and didn't grab my purse had a 20.00 on me and went over on my order and was going to take. something off and the sweet lady said no body goes away hungry. was really nice and I love their chicken and salads. always great to me. keep up the good work.❤️
