Alex was absolutely amazing! His attitude and positivity actually made my day. He didn’t rush as I ordered and he even repeated the order back to ensure it was correct. The food came out hot and quickly! He told me to have a great day and drive safe. I needed that. Thanks Alex, you’re the best really.
Unpleasant employee at the window. Asked for and paid for sauces that should be included with a meal. Charged for them anyway, and then didn’t receive them (Common occurrence here). When circling back around to ask for the items I paid for, staff was rude and argued with me about whether I should receive the items that I had paid for -that were reflected on the receipt. At Zaxby’s, they gave me my wrap torn like this, and the fries were lukewarm. Today, July 13, at 3:37 p.m.
I ordered about $80 and no zaxbys sauce was included. How does that even happen? Always something wrong with my order by this is annoying.
