A new cashier accidentally rung me up for wings only and I wanted the combo. Manager Crystal handed me my wings and I explained what happened. Instead of ringing me up for some fries and a drink on the empty register she made me get back in line and wait to reorder the fries while my wings get cold. Pamela was very sweet she did everything she could to accommodate me.
Everything was good. It’s just that I ordered a grilled sandwich and I got a breaded fried one. 😏
Order 4 finger plate and some egg rolls..... the egg rolls are old and burnt!!!!!! This is unacceptable as I had park ti wait on the food in the first place.
18 Apr ‘26 4pm ish. Richmond Hill Ga. Pic 1 from Zaxby’s menu, pic 2 what I received. You need to update your menu pics or start giving people what they’re paying for. Guy taking orders at drive thru should be told that when a customer says “thank you” the proper response is “you’re welcome” not a grunt sound. We’re from Canada and went to Florida for vacation and we ate here and the food is amazing we definitely recommend coming here if you want some great tasting fries and great fried chicken. Amazing tasting food, wish we had more places like this where we live.
