Zaxby’s never disappoints! The chicken is always hot, crispy, and full of flavor, and the Zax Sauce is unbeatable. The portions are generous, the fries are seasoned perfectly, and the food comes out fast even when it’s busy. The staff is friendly and keeps the place clean. Brought my basketball team here after a game 30 minutes before closing time. This was the most hospitable, friendly, and professional staff of any restaurant we have been to in years. Kudos to the entire staff it was an amazing visit.
I usually come to this Zaxby’s and have never had an issue, but today’s experience was really disappointing. The employee at the drive-thru window gave me a nasty attitude after I corrected her about my order being wrong. Instead of apologizing or fixing it professionally, she gave me a rude look and made it seem like I was the problem for pointing out her mistake. There was no accountability or customer service, just annoyance and disrespect. As a regular customer, I expect better than this.
