The prices are way too high for the small portions
everything...it's delicious..the insane sauce on the traditional wings is awesome
Manager takes care of customers.
Don’t go to Zaxby's (2830 Spring Ave SW, Decatur, AL) if you don’t want nasty hair in your drink. I just recently had my tonsils out and shouldn’t drink through straw. This is what I found when I took the lid off. Also all the manager had to say was “Thank you for the information” and offered me another disgusting, hair filled drink. Bottom line, don’t go to this location if you want to actually get what you paid for.
Food wasn’t hot and fresh made me sick
Ordered boneless wings and things and got traditional wings. Tried to eat the wings but it was like chewing on a rubber band, will not be eating at the one on Spring Ave again. Also the young lady that gave us our food was rude and slammed the drive thru window, didn't give us a chance to ask for sauces. Very poor service

the main thing that I noticed here is it small it's very congested and the tables are always dirty and extremely sticky or you can say smear marks and you can see it in the sunlight the light ...I don't know what they clean their tables with but it leaves a sticky residue ..very sticky residue or either they don't clean their tables... they just wipe them off😳
