horrible customer service. i made a mobile order 5 min before joining the drive thru line, i shared my name and that i had my order online, and she immediately shouted our “we JUST git that in, pull to second window” excuse me, how is this any different than ordering from the speaker than in my phone, 5 min prior? she was insanely rude and offered 0 customer service. i have worked in fast food, and restaurants, and i have NEVER acted this way to a customer to their FACe. this was insane and disgusting- the DM will be called
The customer service at this restaurant was top notch. The man, whose name I unfortunately did not get, was probably one of the nicest food service industry employees I've ever met. The food was prepared quickly and was hot.
Every time I come here for salad, the girls working the drive-thru are extremely unprofessional. They are careless, they do not listen to the customer, and the order is always wrong. I have finally learned to check it before I drive away. They keep you waiting to the point where I have driven around and gone inside to order just to find them standing around laughing and giggling looking at their phones. I do not want to drive 20 to 25 minutes to a different zaxby's, but in the future that is what I will do from now on
