My. Mother was unable to drink her shake through a straw. What kind of an establishment carries knives and forks, but not spoons. I had heard good things about this place - but I’ll never come back here again.
Food was good and fresh! Service was quick, I would come back again
Worst experience. I ordered my food at 1:28pm. 5 other people who came in after me got their orders before me. Not a complicated order. Took more than 20 mins to get my 3 meals. A milkshake, salad, sandwich, tenders. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS SO CALLED RESTAURANT. Let the place with food in hand at 1:50pm. When I finally got my food the woman put the bag on the counter and said in a soft voice “sorry”. Next time I want chicken I’m going to Raising Cane’s.
We ordered our usual Cobb salads. It took 20 minutes to get. THAT IS NOT FAST FOOD. When we finally received our order is WAS NOT the same as usual. The salad was smaller with less chicken and eggs and other toppings. My wife always loved Zaxbys Cobb salad. But she just said we will NEVER go back!
